Fix for dim lamps on WPC games and other minor fixes

I've just committed some changes to my fork of libpinproc on GitHub that addresses the "format-extra-args" warnings, and fixes the #include of ftdi.h (on Linux/Mac) so you don't need to modify the default include paths in order to compile.

I also took part of a commit Koen made in the dutchpinball fork to address an issue of dim lamps on WPC games.

The dim lamps thing was driving me a little crazy -- anyone who compiled libpinproc after 2014-04-16 has the commit that causes dim lamps.  Koen had a fix from 2014-11-13, but it wasn't merged into preble's fork.

I tried to split Koen's commit up into separate pieces, but unintentionally included some whitespace changes from PRDevice.cpp instead of putting them in their own commit.
